Fees are as set out in the relevant engagement letter. Pricing indicated on this Website is indicative of starting fees and may vary depending on the scope and complexity of the matter.

All content on the Website, including text, design, graphics, and structure, is the property of Jurisphere or its licensors and is protected under Malaysian copyright law and applicable intellectual property legislation.

The Firm takes client confidentiality seriously. Information shared in the context of a client engagement is subject to legal professional privilege and our duty of confidentiality under the Legal Profession (Practice and Etiquette) Rules 1978 and the Bar Council Malaysia's Professional Conduct guidelines.

Information submitted via enquiry forms prior to a formal engagement is treated with discretion but does not attract legal professional privilege unless and until a solicitor-client relationship is established.

8. Contracts Act 1950

Where a service engagement involves a written contract, the terms of that contract shall be enforceable in accordance with the Contracts Act 1950 and any other relevant Malaysian legislation.
